Got back form Denver last night(Tue). LONG trip!!! Celia went to bed at 9pm and slept till 10am, then took 2 naps today, my poor angel is worn out!!!! Luckily I got to nap today too,,I hurt so bad from lifting her and the wheelchair in and out for 6 days on the go, I have been popping Ibuprophen like they are life savers .
I came home to some great surprises!! I got something special from someone who is an amazing mama and person who I can never thank enough!!! I got a box of supplies from a secret supply fairy!! Thank you supply fairy!!! AND I got my computer back!!!!!!!!
No new answers(metabolic test came back all normal) BUT the Neuro we saw was AMAZING!!!!!!! You all know I don't say that much but he was ssssssssssoooooooo interested in Celia and her complexity it was almost weird!! I really like him!!!! He has ordered a extensive DNA testing to be done and we will go from there. It will take 6-8 weeks for the results. If that shows nothing "interesting" or "telling" about her recent issues then he wants her to have another EMG done by a specific doc at the University. Also Celia's scolisis curve has gotten another 5% worse in the last 3 months,,we will continue to check it every 3 months and if it continues then we will explore surgery to correct it. Thankfully we do not go back to Denver until Sept.!!! Then it will be a brutal trip as we have so much that needs to be done at that time, but we are going to enjoy our summer and cross that bridge when we get there.
I will be having a hysterectomy on July 2nd. I have it all set up for Celia's care between hubby, nana, and the nurse. I am a control freak so it is hard to relinquish care for a couple of days while in the hospital but I have no choice! I will probably be on here alot after that because I have to take it easy which is also something I don't do well!!
I have a TON of pics to get on here,,so hang tight,,pics coming soon!!

Glad to hear you have an interested doctor. Hope good things come from the tests and you are able to settle back in at home now.
