Well it has been quite some time since I updated!!
Not much has been going on but somehow we still seem so busy!!
We have not made a trip out to Denver since June!!! We were scheduled to go out there for a slew of appt.'s in Oct. however I cancelled them all due to the H1N1 flu.
When the H1N1 started here we had to make alot of changes. We went into immediate lock down. Celia would likely not survive this flu. Daddy has been the only one in and out of here and he has been very careful to minimize the risk of bringing it home.
Celia didn't go to school as she usually does for the first couple of months, we re-did her IEP so that now she is on "on consult only" services.
That means that not even the teacher comes out.
So now I am doing everything myself,,teaching,,OT,,PT,,Speech,,and a little PE!!Celia has surpassed all her goals that were set for her and we are on to bigger harder goals!!!
We also have put nursing on hold, so we have been inside the house for well over a month now with small outtings like riding around town, sitting on the porch,,things we can do without coming into contact with anyone.
We also pulled Aimee out of school and started her in an online school. It is going really well and she has been more healthy as well. Before this Aimee had been really sick and we never could figure out why.
Celia has had the H1N1 vax. It was an extremely hard decision for me!! Weighing the potential side effect agains the potential complications of the flu if she did not get the vax. She has done well so far,,no side effects from the vax! It is not availible for anyone else right now but once it is I will have Aimee vaccinated too!
Heather is still in Colby. She is contenplating returning to school. We miss her tons!! She has been sick so she can't come home for her birthday!! Bummer!!

Gretch,
Glad to see you are all well. Sounds like you have your hands full, and handling it with grace.
I have missed your posts, and LOVE the new picture of Celia.
Hugs,
Lisa
Well at least now that you've done it you don't need to worry about it anymore. I hope your whole family avoids getting it.
I had my older two get the mist Thursday and Ainsley will get the shot when it's available to her.
Happy Halloween! And hugs to Miss Celia.
